Guest Ratings & Reviews
The hotel is located in an absolutely amazing area near Namba station and Dontonbori, making it superb for exploring Osaka. The rooms, although clean, were just too cramped for two people. The service was very nice and accommodating, but, unfortunately, the dining experience was rather poor with low-quality setups. The location is awesome, but the room's cramped layout was a downside.
The hotel is conveniently located close to popular areas such as Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, offering easy access to various entertainment venues and transportation hubs. However, the rooms can become excessively hot and are overpriced for the quality provided.
The hotel is a great spot to explore the best of Osaka, very close to the shopping street and the center of Shinsaibashi. The rooms, although very clean, are a bit small for a couple with baggage. The service was professional but lacking some key information. While the dining options were acceptable for the price, the lack of variety could be improved. The location is excellent for those interested in Dotonbori and the shopping district.
The hotel's location is superb, just across Namba Station and near Dotonbori and Namba metro station. Although some noise from the surroundings can be heard in the room, it is extremely close to key attractions. The rooms, while tending to become too warm at times and falling short of cleanliness standards, provide an opportunity to try different room types for a better experience next time. However, the smoking floor odor can be off-putting. The service was considerate and accommodating, though some staff seemed overworked due to the high number of guests.
Staying at this hotel was like a mixed bag - the location near the bustling Shinsaibashi shopping street was great, but the room was a tad small and lacked that big Western hotel feel. However, if you're not expecting a huge room, it's still cozy and practical, though maybe a tight fit for a regular-sized suitcase.
The hotel rooms are clean but extremely small and uncomfortable for two people with two large luggage. The service is friendly and accommodating. The location is near shopping areas and vibrant spots but may have some odor issues on certain floors. The dining options are limited but acceptable for the price.
